Who we are
This website is operated by Systemic Environmental Solutions Inc., 1700 Enbridge Centre, 10175-101 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta T5J 0H3 ("SENS", "we"). For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@systemicenvs.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, organization (optional), the type of organization you represent, and your message.
- Brochure form: your name, company and email address, the brochures you open or download, when, and from which page.
- With every form submission: the IP address it was sent from, recorded by our form service.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use the details you send us to reply to your enquiry, to send you the information you asked for, and to follow up about SENS projects that may interest you. Our basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to and following up on business enquiries. You can ask us to stop following up at any time.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our business email, together with the IP address each submission was sent from.
- Microsoft 365 hosts our business email, where submissions are kept.
- Hostinger hosts this website and its server logs.
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.
Stored in your browser
After you complete the brochure form, your name, company and email are saved in your browser's local storage on that device, so we do not ask again for the next brochure. They stay on your device until you clear this site's data in your browser settings. We do not use cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and brochure requests for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your details, to restrict or object to how we use them, or to receive a copy. Write to privacy@systemicenvs.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
